- Casualty Management During Complex and Prolonged Engagements
- Multi-Casualty and Multiple-Team Coordination Under Fire
- Advanced Extraction Techniques and Casualty Movement in Restricted Terrain
- Command-Level Medical Decision Making Under Fire
- Integration of CUF with Higher-Level Tactical and Operational Objectives
- Transitioning Advanced Team Care to Tactical Field Care and Evacuation
This course prepares advanced teams to manage casualties during high-intensity, complex combat operations. Training emphasizes leadership, coordination across multiple elements, and medical decision-making under extreme operational stress while maintaining mission effectiveness.
