CTOMS has created the My Memorial List for you to preserve and honor the life of those now passed. As we believe in the noble idea for which many service men and women sacrifice - that human flourishing is contingent on its Liberty – the initial intent of the list was to keep those that died during military service in the light of remembrance. We now recognize, however, that service and sacrifice to Liberty comes in many forms. As the integrity and action that Liberty demands is an individual choice, we all have the opportunity to stand for it. Truly, it is the responsibility of every noble hearted individual to ensure the liberty of succeeding generations.
As such, we ask that you preserve the names of those you believe to have contributed to this tradition. Whether they were a service member, mother, friend, or acquaintance, the List is for your remembered. Please complete your list, print it, and display or bind it.
The My Memorial List Site provides several format variations of the List to choose from. These downloadable PDFs contain fields for either just names, or names, dates, and locations. Each variation also contains a field to insert a poem or statement that resonates with you. These options are provided in both 8.5x11 and 11x17 sizes, and with textured or untextured backgrounds. When printing the list, we recommend using an untextured version with archival paper. If specialty paper is unavailable, using the textured version will still have a beautiful result.
Thank you for visiting. We hope this project proves valuable to you.
