Content:
- Advanced Canine-Assisted Tactical First Aid
- Casualty Assessment & Stabilization with Canine Support
- Hemorrhage Control and Airway Management
- IV/IO Access
- Tactical Movement with Canine Integration
- Team Communication & Coordination
This course builds on the Handler level, training medics to operate effectively with tactical or SAR canines during medical emergencies. Students will learn how to integrate the canine safely into casualty care, conduct rapid assessments, and manage injuries in operational or high-risk environments. Practical exercises focus on teamwork, efficiency, and safe deployment of canine-assisted care.
