  • Coordination with EMS, fire, and law enforcement agencies
  • Scene safety, resource management, and logistics
  • Practical exercises simulating multi-casualty events

This course equips first responders with the skills and confidence to manage multiple casualties efficiently during high-volume emergencies. Focus is on structured triage, organized casualty collection, and effective communication within the incident response team.
