Prerequisites:
- Nil (Designed for law enforcement personnel using service pistols)
- Recommended: CTOMS Academy Direct Threat Care (DTC) / Indirect Threat Care (IDTC)

- Rapid Threat Assessment and Scene Safety
- Immediate Self Aid Hemorrhage Control Under Fire
- Officer Movement Techniques and Cover Use
- Threat Elimination and Extraction
- Transition from Direct Threat to Tactical Field Care
Course Description:
This course provides officers with foundational skills to manage casualties while under direct threat, integrated with the use of the service pistol. Emphasis is placed on rapid decision-making, effective medical interventions, and maintaining operational effectiveness in high-risk law enforcement situations.
