Tactical Trauma Care (TTC) Level 2 – Medic

Prerequisites:
Completion of TTC Level 1 – Operator or equivalent experience
(Designed for law enforcement medics, tactical operators with medical responsibilities, and EMS providers supporting tactical teams)

Content:

  • Advanced Tactical Hemorrhage Control
  • Advanced Airway Management in High-Threat Environments
  • Complex Respiratory Trauma Management
  • Shock Recognition and Damage Control Resuscitation
  • IV/IO Access, Medication and Fluid Administration
  • Tactical Patient Movement and Extraction Techniques
  • Team-Based Medical Coordination

This course builds on Level 1 Operator skills, focusing on medical interventions performed by trained medics in tactical situations. Students will practice advanced hemorrhage control, airway management, and casualty assessment while operating under high-stress and realistic threat conditions. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, rapid decision-making, and maintaining operational effectiveness while providing life-saving care.
